Shipping Costs
All orders within the United States of America are shipped free of charge. We provide full transparency, so there are no hidden costs at checkout.
Our shipping times are usually 4–11 business days, consisting of the following two stages:
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (EDT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Duration
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
Shipping Process
We use reliable courier services such as Yunexpress, UPS, and DHL for our shipments. All shipments are insured; in the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team. In addition, we aim to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our environmental footprint.
Tracking Instructions
After your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. You can track your order via our website by entering your tracking number into our tracking portal. Our support team is ready to assist you with any tracking inquiries.
Procedure for Missing Items

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items are excluded from returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description. In such cases, SelinaJolie will cover the return shipping costs. SelinaJolie does not charge restocking fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.
